Processing Time: Orders ship within 7 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once it’s on the way.

Delivery Times: Domestic orders are typically faster; international orders may take up to 60–90 business days.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delays or rejections caused by customs or incorrect shipping info are not covered by Dojo Kidz.

Lost/Undelivered Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows “Delivered” or if the shipping address provided was incomplete/incorrect.

Untracked Shipping: Customers choosing untracked shipping accept the risks of delays or non-delivery. No refunds or replacements will be issued for untracked shipments.
🔄 Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Wrong Item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Exceptions: Refunds or replacements may only apply to:

Verified lost packages (with tracked shipping, after carrier investigation).

Orders returned to our warehouse (customer covers reshipping fees).

❌ Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
📦 Refused / Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned due to incomplete/incorrect info will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
